ESA Logistics is one of the leading logistic companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2007, ESA was acquired by the Japanese company Hitachi Transport System. Hitachi Transport System (HTS), which is part of the global Hitachi Group Limited and specializes in dedicated logistics solutions, exists on the market since 1950. The first branch of the HTS in Europe was opened in 1989. Currently, the European HTS have its structure in 9 European countries, and its range covers all of Europe. Branch in Poland was opened in 2007.
